Cory Geisler
Sr Vice Commander-in-Chief - Army

Cory L. Geisler was elected Senior Vice Commander-in-Chief of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the U.S. on Aug. 13, 2025, at the 126th VFW National Convention in Columbus, Ohio.

Cory served in the United States Army from 2005 to 2012, earning his VFW eligibility serving in Iraq. In recognition of his service, he received the Army Commendation Medal (three), Army Achievement Medal (seven), Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and many more.

He joined the VFW in 2008 at Post 721 in Waukesha, Wisconsin, where he maintains his Gold Legacy Life membership.
