(SANTA FE, NM) – Former U.S. Army Major Bryan Osterhage has been named Deputy Secretary for the New Mexico Department of Veterans Services (DVS).

The native of Belleville, Illinois, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Truman State University in 2004, and a law degree from the Saint Louis University School of Law. "I am extremely pleased to welcome Bryan to the DVS family,” said Secretary Griego. "He comes highly recommended. His excellent track record of advising and assisting senior-level officers will really help DVS as the agency continues to look for ways to improve serving New Mexico’s veterans and their families.”
